App Development Services Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all App Development services provided by Freightitude LLC, including consultation, planning, development, deployment, and support.

Scope of Services

Freightitude LLC agrees to deliver the app development services as mutually agreed upon in writing. This includes but is not limited to analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide timely access to required resources, documentation, and personnel, and ensure accuracy of information supplied.

Payments and Fees

Payment terms will be clearly outlined in the proposal or contract. Late payments may be subject to penalties as specified.

Intellectual Property

All code, designs, and project materials developed during the engagement shall remain the property of Freightitude LLC until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership will be transferred as agreed.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all project-related data confidential and not disclose it to any unauthorized parties.

Liability

Freightitude LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from the use of the developed application.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice. Work completed until the termination date will be billable.
